7.As we know the very fact that all physical and human resources and educational elements need to be integrated and coordinated by educational administration. Besides this, a great efficiency is required with it based on human sympathy, understanding, knowledge and ability. The physical resources contribute mainly to the materials of construction equipment and instruction. There are pupils, teachers, supervisors, administrators and parents in the human resources. The additional elements include the different aspects of education theory and practice including education philosophy, educational goals, curriculum, teaching method, discipline, teacher role, rules and regulations, etc.
