A right is a claim that society recognizes and that the state enforces. In a sense, rights are either equally applicable without distinction to all citizens. The rights are freedom that expands an individual's capacity development opportunity. Rights are social claims that help people achieve their best self. Human rights are based on the fact that everyone is born equal in dignity and justice. These rights, by virtue of their humanity alone, are inalienable and inherent in all human beings without differences. These are concerned with individual dignity and are essential to one's self-realization.

Rights are widely classified as civil and political rights, economic, social and political rights, as well as group rights. Group rights include children's rights, women's rights, youth and minority knowledge of children's rights, which is essential as a tool for observing and promoting children's rights. Child rights education is a prerequisite for a nation's development. It contributes in all its aspects to the nation's development. The minds of children are impressive enough to receive good things and to discard evil things. Since each society is equipped with certain evil things that are inconsistent with the very heart of human rights, certain core norms can impregnate the tender minds.
